At The 101 Casino, we offer a comprehensive benefits package for all full-time employees. We offer many choices so they can customize an overall benefits plan that fits them, as well as their families and dependents. In addition to medical benefits for full-time employees, we offer dental and vision, life and disability insurance, and private counseling resources via our member assistance program. We try to provide our employees with the resources that will help them achieve their best.
We also want to assist employees in meeting their financial goals. Our 401(k) plan for full-time employees provides a company match for contributions up to 6 percent of an employee's annual salary. Finally, we offer a flexible spending account option for medical or dependent/elder care needs.
